Meet Our Hair Artists

I graduated from the International Academy of Hair Design in 2007. Growing up, my parents knew I'd do something in the beauty industry. I thought my passion for hair, makeup, and fashion was just a hobby, after working in a few salons during high school, I knew I was meant to be "behind the chair!" After finishing school, I became a blonde expert and was certified in several types of hair extensions. I never wanted to limit myself, so I mastered men's and women's cuts, perms, color corrections, and relaxers. Through advanced education and my clients' loyalty, I became a Master Stylist and Educator. I enjoyed sharing my passion through teaching about techniques, business, and product knowledge. I wanted to take my career to the next level and began working for myself in Old Town Scottsdale. While there, I fell in love with Goldwell products, as did my awesome clients. After a year, I knew it was time to open my own salon and combine my passions and dedication of hair art, business, design, and my desire to make people look and feel beautiful. The Collective Hair Studio opened January 1, 2016 and has been an amazing experience! I love having a second home where I can pamper my guests and do what I love. I look forward to continuing to grow as a stylist and business owner. I feel blessed that I get to do what I love and meet amazing people every day!

Hey There, I'm Ashley! I was born and raised in the midwest. I believed there was more to life then cows and corn. So here I am 17 years later still loving the Desert life. I grew up in the hair salon. At a young age I told my Great Aunt I was going to be like her and do hair! I care alot about the person that sits in my chair. I take into consideration other people's wants and needs. My number one concern is the integrity of the persons hair. I offer Hair Cutting, Coloring, Styling, Foiling and Brazilian Blowouts. With this being a growing and changing industry, I believe in continuing education. I keep up with the latest trends. Let me be YOUR Stylist! I graduated from Gateway Cosmetology school in January 2021. I am a blonde specialist and extension specialist. I also love haircuts, styling, color and bridal! When it comes to blondes I range in many techniques including balayage, foilage, money pieces, full and partial highlights that look like they grew straight out of your scalp! The extensions I specialize in are I-Tips, K-Tips, braid-less sew ins also referred to as the hand tied method and tape ins. I started my career in Arizona and it has been an amazing journey. I just moved back from Washington State working for a resort named Roche Harbor, as a Bridal Hairstylist. I am very passionate about my work. I also keep up with trends along with traditional hair styles.

Born and raised in a small town, I was limited in my opportunities, so I made my way to Scottsdale, Arizona! After a year of college I knew it wasn’t what I wanted do. I always enjoyed doing my own hair extensions, lashes and nails so after experimenting on family and friends I made my way into cosmetology school and graduated in 2023. I enjoy doing all types of foils, cuts, and colors but my passion is sew in hair extensions, blonding services, men’s cuts and big transformations. This industry is constantly starting new trends, so continuing education is very important to me. My ultimate goal is to help you feel like a more beautiful and confident version of yourself. I hope to see you in my chair!
